Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Security Officer to lead and coordinate security programs supporting the IC and government customers.

You will oversee personnel, physical and information security, manage security requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to protect personnel and critical infrastructure. Responsibilities include maintaining accreditations, conducting security investigations, and guiding multi-discipline security operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Program Security/ CPSO roles implementing security requirements.
• 2+ years with ICDs, NISPOM and other gov regs for classified programs.
• Experience with physical security hardware and access systems.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive program security guidance on personnel, physical, operational and information security.
• Create and manage government-accredited security requirements and operations.
• Identify and solve security requirements and sustain program execution.
• Maintain security hardware/systems to meet gov and AWS rules.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to raise security awareness.
• Support on-call rotations for alarms, incidents, and outages.
• Manage multiple security projects and maintain facility accreditations.
• Conduct security interviews and investigations with high judgment.
• Develop processes to improve security operations.
