Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance at the Secret level.
• Bachelor's Degree required; 4 years’ experience may substitute.
• Training prerequisites include CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities, Insider Threat Awareness, and Establishing an Insider Threat Program.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and oversight of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and ensure compliance with U.S. government regulations and company policies.
• Develop and manage strategic security initiatives aligned with DoD regulations and 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM).
• Direct and oversee complex security investigations involving fraud, theft, sabotage, espionage, insider threats, or misconduct.
• Manage access control systems, including badge identification, visitor management, and credentialing processes.
• Oversee facility security operations: alarm response, surveillance, and physical security assessments.
• Serve as senior security advisor for classified contract execution, ensuring requirements are met.
• Support governance and enterprise-wide security policy development.
• Ensure SSA requirements with Government Security Committee coordination.
