Job summary

Twenty-Six Defense is seeking a Senior Security Manager to lead industrial security programs in alignment with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and DoD regulations. The role serves as a strategic advisor to division leadership, ensuring security practices support enterprise objectives.

The candidate will oversee classified contract compliance, facility clearance, insider-threat programs, and workforce security training, coordinating with DCSA and the Government Security Committee

Qualifications

• Active DoD security clearance at the Secret level or ability to obtain.
• Experience leading industrial security programs for cleared facilities.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, SSA, and DCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and oversight of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage security initiatives aligning with DoD regulations (32 CFR Part 117).
• Direct complex investigations involving fraud, theft, or insider threats in coordination with leadership and government stakeholders.
• Oversee access control, alarm response, surveillance, and facility security operations.
