Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Security Manager to provide senior-level security management support for classified government and defense programs. You will oversee security operations, personnel security, physical security, information security, and program security compliance across mission-critical operations and secure facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience; Master''s degree with 6+ years may substitute.
• Experience supporting DoD/IC or federal government classified programs and secure facilities.
• Strong knowledge of NISPOM, ICD standards, and secure facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily security operations supporting classified programs and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and directives including DoD, NISPOM, ICD, and customer requirements.
• Oversee personnel security activities including clearance processing and access management.
• Manage physical security, access control, secure facility operations, and material handling.
