Job summary

Kastle Systems International, LLC in Falls Church, VA is seeking an Installation Technician to install, test, troubleshoot, and repair CCTV, access control, and IP video systems at client sites. You will work directly with clients and Kastle staff to ensure timely and quality service.

Lead responsibilities include documenting work, coaching teammates, maintaining equipment and inventory, and staying current with Kastle services and processes. 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ installation of access control or video systems.
• Mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools.
• Basic IP networking and cabling knowledge (Cat5).

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests, and troubleshoots CCTV, access control and security systems at client sites.
• Ensures proper installation and adherence to Kastle procedures and quality standards.
• Provides progress updates and documentation to stakeholders as projects advance.
• Maintains inventory and vehicle/tool readiness for projects.
• Coaches team members on installation procedures and quality control.
