Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking an experienced Installation Technician to install, test, troubleshoot, and repair CCTV, access control, and IP video systems at customer sites. You will interact with clients and Kastle staff to ensure high-quality service and on-time completion of service orders.

The role requires hands-on proficiency with electronics, tools, and network basics, with a focus on safe, compliant installations and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years installing access control or video systems.
• Avigilon experience preferred.
• Technical school certificate a plus but not required.
• Strong hand and power tool skills.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests, and troubleshoots CCTV, access control, and security systems.
• Ensures systems are installed properly and on time per Kastle procedures and QC standards.
• Provides updates to Managers/PMs and stakeholders on progress.
• Maintains inventory for vehicles, tools, and projects; performs counts.
• Coaches team members on installation procedures and quality standards.
