Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced security governance leader to drive remediation, governance, and compliance across client accounts. You will manage audits, incidents, and risk, and collaborate with suppliers and the client to ensure contractual adherence.

This remote US-based role offers a strong salary range, travel up to 10%, and access to comprehensive benefits and leadership/technical development academies.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in risk management, audit, security, or technical delivery roles.
• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent.
• Experience with security and auditing regulations and with audit/compliance programs and remediation.
• Experience with HIPAA, NIST, MARS-E/ARC-AMPE, and FedRAMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operational governance activities and drive remediation efforts with SLA/SLO adherence.
• Ensure compliance and security-focused delivery in tooling and business operations.
• Manage security incidents from start to finish and report on audit remediation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and clients and maintain an account security plan.
