Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Security Governance leader to drive risk management, audits, and regulatory compliance across client engagements. You will lead remediation efforts, manage security incidents, and coordinate delivery of security metrics to meet contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in risk management, audit, security, or technical delivery roles.
• Experience with security regulations and audit programs, including remediation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, NIST, MARS-E/ARC-AMPE, and FedRAMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operational governance activities and remediation efforts.
• Ensure SLA/SLO adherence and delivery excellence of security tooling.
• Manage security incidents from detection to resolution.
• Coordinate audit preparation, facilitation and remediation.
• Maintain account security plans for selected accounts and products.
• Escalate and resolve security issues and communicate outcomes.
