Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a Sr. Security Engineer to deploy, operate, and sustain cybersecurity platforms within a DoD environment. This on-site role focuses on platform operations, automation, threat intel integration and security analytics. Must hold TS/SCI eligibility and have DoD-related experience.

Ideal candidates have strong Linux, cloud telemetry, and security tooling skills, plus hands-on virtualization and containerization knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity platforms, cyber operations, or enterprise IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, configuration and integration of cloud-based cyber platform components.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Linux-based applications and containers/VMs.
• Develop automation using Python to support operations and security analytics.
• Integrate threat intelligence sources and MITRE ATT&CK mappings.
