Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join our Enterprise Application Security team. You will help embed security into the SDLC, ensuring shift-left practices across AI-assisted development and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field.
• 7 years with Information Security and Systems Analysis
• 7 years with Information Security and/or Information Risk Management and/or Information Technology
• 7 years with Operating Systems and Software Administration
• 7 years developing, communicating and presenting Information Security and Risk Management concepts
• 7 years with technologies such as IPS, firewalls, endpoint protection, DLP, encryption, SIEM, and virtualization platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of security guardrails early in development.
• Configure and enforce security gates across CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy security scanners (SAST, DAST, SCA) and AI security tooling.
• Develop security-as-code policies for scaling across the org.
• Partner with Enablement teams to establish AI security controls.
