Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join our Enterprise Application Security team and influence security baked into our software from the ground up. The role focuses on shift-left security with AI-assisted development, embedding security across the SDLC and partnering with engineering teams for secure-by-default practices.

The position emphasizes preventing vulnerabilities before they arise, driving security maturity across the enterprise, and delivering high-impact security outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in clearly defining requirements, deliverables and timeframes.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting ISRM Infrastructure.
• Develop and/or deliver technical training in complex technical areas.
• Complete project tasks to enable on-time delivery of ISRM Infrastructure projects.
• Implement, monitor, configure, and maintain security systems.
• Assure compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes.
