Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join our Enterprise Application Security team in New Hampshire. You will drive shift-left security, embedding guardrails and AI/LLM security across the SDLC, from code to production, working closely with software delivery teams.

You will design security controls, implement scanners (SAST/DAST, SCA, container), and enable developers with secure-by-default tooling and practical remediation guidance at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and enforcing security gates in CI/CD pipelines and IDEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and enforcement of security guardrails to catch vulnerabilities early in the SDLC.
• Configure and manage enterprise security scanners across the stack (SAST/DAST, SCA, container scanning).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement secure-by-default AI development practices.
• Develop and maintain security policies and guardrails for AI-enabled software.
