Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join our Enterprise Application Security team and help embed security into every stage of the software development lifecycle. This high-impact role focuses on shift-left security, governance, and automation within a large enterprise environment.

You will design security guardrails, integrate scanners (SAST/DAST/Dependency/Secrets), and establish policies that scale across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
• 7+ years in information security, risk management, or IT.
• Experience with CI/CD security tooling and governance.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to clearly define requirements, deliverables, and timeframes.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve security problems in ISRM Infrastructure.
• Develop and deliver technical training; mentor staff.
• Complete projects on time, within budget and scope.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain security systems and controls.
• Ensure compliance with standards and processes.
