Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to shape how security is built into our software lifecycle. You will embed security into every stage of development, from first code line to production, working with engineering teams to prevent vulnerabilities before they occur.

This is a high-impact engineering role focused on shift-left security, security automation, and governance across the enterprise development platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in information security or equivalent
• Experience with secure SDLC and threat modeling
• Familiarity with security tooling (SAST/DAST/IAST) and CI/CD security gates
• Knowledge of AI security risks and governance
• Strong collaboration with engineering teams to embed security in SDLC

Responsibilities

• Lead design and enforcement of security guardrails early in the development process
• Develop and maintain security policy enforcement across pipelines
• Drive vulnerability risk reduction and remediation SLAs
• Automate security tooling configurations and dashboards
• Provide embedded security guidance to engineering teams
