Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join our Enterprise Application Security team and embed security into every stage of the software development lifecycle.

You will design guardrails, collaborate with developers, and lead vulnerability risk reduction across CI/CD pipelines, AI-assisted workflows, and production deployments. This role emphasizes security automation, governance, and developer enablement at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field.
• 7+ years in Information Security / Risk Management / IT.
• Experience with security tooling including SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning, secret detection, and AI security assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift-left security controls and guardrails across CI/CD, including AI-assisted development workflows, IDEs, and commit-time checks.
• Manage vulnerability triage with KPIs and SLAs to reduce Critical/High findings.
• Architect and operate the enterprise security toolchain and reporting pipelines for real-time visibility.
• Embed security guidance with engineering teams and develop secure coding standards and reference architectures.
