enGen is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join our Enterprise Application Security team in the United States. You will help shape security into every stage of the software lifecycle, partnering with engineering to build secure systems rather than bolting security on after development.

You will drive guardrails, automation, and governance across CI/CD, AI-assisted workflows, and deployment pipelines, reducing vulnerabilities before production. This is a high-impact role at scale.

• Embed security into every stage of the SDLC.
• Build shift-left security controls across CI/CD.
• Lead security tooling and policy enforcement.

Responsabilidades

• Design and enforce security guardrails across the development pipeline, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Lead risk-based triage and remediation prioritization of vulnerabilities.
• Develop security-as-code policies and governance for AI-enabled development.
• Educate and enable developers through training, guidance, and reference architectures.
• Measure security KPIs and continuously improve security posture.
