Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join our Enterprise Application Security team. You will drive shift-left security, embedding security into the software development lifecycle and collaborating with engineering to prevent vulnerabilities before they occur.

In this high-impact role, you will enable developers, automate security toolchains, and measure security health across the organization, including AI-enabled development workflows and governance for responsible AI usage.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise application security and SDLC security controls.
• Knowledge of AI security and software supply chain security.
• Experience with CI/CD security gates and security automation.
• Ability to lead security architecture for developers.

Responsibilities

• Design and enforce shift-left security controls across the SDLC.
• Lead vulnerability triage and remediation strategies.
• Automate security tooling and CI/CD integrations.
• Empower developers with security guidance and training.
• Develop security dashboards and metrics for leadership.
• Collaborate on AI governance and secure AI development standards.
