Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Senior Security Engineer II to design, implement, and maintain scalable security services. You will collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen our security posture while advancing automations and secure practices across cloud environments.

You will lead incident response efforts, refine security documentation, and mentor junior engineers, all within a remote-friendly, health-tech focused environment that values secure SDLC and DevSecOps principles.

Qualifications

• BS/BTech in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years security domain experience without a degree.
• 6+ years securing and deploying applications in Cloud Native environments.
• 3+ years in dedicated application security with secure SDLC/DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate security solutions that scale across the organization.
• Leverage data to identify trends and drive security improvements with stakeholders.
• Lead incident/issue response, including analysis, containment, and remediation.
• Refine security documentation such as policies, standards, baselines, and SOPs.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers or analysts.
