Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Senior Security Engineer II to secure our enterprise and cloud-native environments. You will help advance data-driven security initiatives, automation, and API-first security practices across teams.

The role emphasizes mentoring, cross-functional partnership, and scalable security workflows in a remote-first culture. You will design security capabilities, drive incident response improvements, and craft documentation to strengthen our Security Program.

Qualifications

• BS / BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field, 8 years security domain experience without degree

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate security solutions across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Leverage data to identify trends and drive improvements in security posture with stakeholders.
• Lead incident response activities, coordinate containment and remediation across teams.
• Create and refine security documentation—policies, standards, baselines, runbooks.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers or analysts.
