Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable security identity services across our digital ecosystem. You will partner with product, engineering, and operations to reduce risk while enabling rapid delivery of health-tech platforms.

You’ll lead IAM architecture, automate provisioning, and mentor engineers, shaping our zero-trust strategy and cross-functional security program in a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• BS/BTech in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software or security engineering within Cloud Native environments.
• Deep knowledge of cloud IAM architectures (AWS IAM, Azure Entra ID, or GCP IAM).
• Proficiency in identity standards and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP).
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation) and scripting (Python/PowerShell).
• Experience managing service accounts, API keys, bots, and automated workload identities across clouds.

• Collaborate across disciplines to shape security services strategy and execution.
• Set and uphold standards for security processes to support high-quality engineering.
