Aledade PBC is seeking a Senior Security Engineer II to advance our security posture across enterprise and cloud environments. You will help design automated, scalable identity and access controls, and partner with multiple teams to implement secure-by-default solutions.

Qualifications

• BS / BTech in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field; 8 years in security without degree.
• 4+ years as trusted advisor in cross-functional teams.
• 4+ years coaching other engineers or analysts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate automated security capabilities across teams.
• Use data to identify trends and drive security improvements with stakeholders.
• Lead incident response and drive containment and remediation.
• Develop, refine security policies, standards, baselines, and SOPs.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers/analysts.
