The role emphasizes independent project delivery, designing security policies, and maintaining a strong cybersecurity posture in a fast-paced, office-based setting with hybrid work expectations. US Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of direct IT security experience.
• Experience managing network, security, and cloud technologies.
• Experience developing/refining a secure Hybrid-Cloud architecture.
• Knowledge of IPS/IDS, Firewalls, MFA, NAC, TLS/SSL.
• Strong AWS and Azure cloud security knowledge.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ownership.
• Ability to work across departments and communicate upward.

Responsibilities

• Create roadmaps and design security solutions across the business.
• Drive end-to-end architecture for hybrid-cloud infrastructure.
• Champion best practices for high-availability, security and cost optimization.
• Lead security solution implementations to improve prevention, detection, and response.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT security teams.
• Participate in design meetings and cross-department coordination.
• Document processes and procedures.
• Pursue training to keep skills current.
