K Health, a leading clinical AI company, is hiring a Senior Security Engineer in New York, NY. This hybrid role focuses on securing our infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments while ensuring compliance in a healthcare-tech setting.

You will influence security across AppSec, CloudSec, SecOps, ITSec, and Compliance, helping build a robust posture for a sensitive, regulated healthcare platform.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, Cloud Security, IT Security, and/or Application Security.
• Experience researching, establishing, and rolling out enterprise-wide security policies and guidelines.
• Experience establishing a cutting-edge security posture in regulated healthcare tech.
• Excellent communication skills translating risks to stakeholders.
• Expertise in HIPAA, PHI, AKS, SOC 2, ISO, GDPR.
• Willingness to cover rotation for on-call support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and implementation of robust application security protocols across the SDLC.
• Design, deploy, and monitor cloud security architecture across cloud environments.
• Manage security posture of core IT infrastructure, networks, and perimeter defenses.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR) across products.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, pen tests, and security reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
