Job summary

Runware seeks a Senior Security Engineer to own the security of its AI supercomputer stack, including bare-metal GPU fleet, Sonic Inference Pods, managed Kubernetes, and cross‑regional controls. You will design controls, build the initial secure baseline, and set security standards across pods.

The role is hands-on and requires threat modeling, hardening, and rapid security incident response. You will collaborate with CISO and platform teams to ensure isolation, auditable changes, and fast

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security or infra engineering with production-scale hardware.
• Built security controls from design to fleet-wide rollout.
• Hands-on Linux security: kernel hardening, namespaces, seccomp, eBPF, attestation.
• Strong Kubernetes security: RBAC, admission control, image signing, SBOMs.
• Able to travel to sites in the US and Europe as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the security architecture of the fleet, including host hardening and signed build pipelines.
• Design and verify isolation for multi-tenant workloads across pod clusters.
• Lead incident response, investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Drive vulnerability management across firmware, kernel, drivers and container images.
• Produce enterprise security evidence for audits (SOC 2 / ISO 27001) with engineering teams.
• Develop tooling and automation for log analysis, evidence collection and runbooks.
