Titan Security Group seeks an executive Security Director to oversee physical security, risk management, and operations for a 37-story commercial tower in Chicago's financial district. You will manage an on-site team, coordinate with property management and leadership, and ensure top-tier security for tenants and visitors.

The role requires extensive experience in managerial security, high-rise operations, budgeting, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of managerial and policy-making experience in security management or law enforcement.
• Experience with high-rise Class A commercial towers preferred.
• PERC eligibility or license required or can be obtained.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and workforce management skills.
• Excellent English communication; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site security operations expert, liaising with ownership and leadership.
• Lead and develop an on-site team of 8 security professionals; oversee hiring, scheduling, and performance.
• Ensure high-rise safety across 38 floors, tenant spaces, and parking facilities.
• Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local guidelines for contracted services.
