Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a professional Security Officer to protect a high-rise property in Schaumburg. You will deliver concierge-style guest services, enforce access control, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities include patrols, CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, and coordinating with management and responders. Strong communication, maturity, and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years in corporate security, hospitality, or customer service.
• Proficient with computers and security software; MS Office experience.
• Professional maturity and sound judgment for handling complex tenant interactions.
• High-rise commercial office building security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplary professional presence and guest services as the first impression for the property.
• Enforce access control, badge usage, and monitor for tailgating.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas and report hazards.
• Operate CCTV, alarm panels, and life safety systems; respond to incidents.
• Prepare clear, detailed incident and activity reports for management.
• Escalate critical incidents to management, security contacts, and law enforcement as needed.
• Assist with issue resolution for keys and access cards, and deactivate credentials as required.
