Job summary

Northeast Security, Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking a Security Concierge for premiere Class A buildings. This part-time role offers $27.00/hour and weekend daytime coverage (Saturday-Sunday 7:00am-3:00pm).

You will be the front-facing representative for the building and clients, maintaining a professional appearance and delivering excellent customer service. Basic computer skills and English communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Concierge will be front facing and a direct representation for not only the building, but the clients that are in the building as well.
• Concierge will need to uphold the client’s appearance and culture at all times along with making guests feel welcomed and approachable.
• Must keep a professional appearance.
• Must remain on post at all times.
• Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued
• Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.
• Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.
