Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in law enforcement.
• 5+ years as Account Manager / Site Supervisor / Security Manager.
• Experience in residential, hospitality, or high-profile client-facing environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing reports, scheduling systems, and operational metrics.
• Must be hands-on, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• 24/7 site accountability; on-call availability required.
• Ensure compliance with site post orders and company standards.
• Maintain service quality aligned with Property Management expectations.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions to improve operations.
• Strong hospitality mindset and customer service.
