Job summary

Northeast Security is seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee site staffing, schedules, and incident response. You will ensure compliant, efficient staffing, review reports, and maintain clear client communication.

Ideal candidates bring five years in account management, security supervision experience, and strong customer service skills. A neat appearance and reliable transportation are required, with 18+ and a clean background.

Qualifications

• Five years of account management experience.
• Security management experience preferred.

• Previous security supervisor experience or related field/education.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Dependable means of transportation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (written and verbal).
• Must be available to be on call 24/7 for emergencies or staffing issues.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Must pass ALL pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assure that all work schedules for regular and special assignments are designed to provide the service effectively and efficiently.
• Answer calls from account managers and assist with filling shifts with floaters.
• Ensure that trained personnel staff all posts.
• Ensure staff comply with facility procedures and regulations.
• Review and approve reports and duty logs.
• Notify clients and management of serious incidents promptly.
• Maintain effective communications with all personnel.
• Counsel, advise, motivate, and discipline staff as needed.
• Develop and implement employee relations, development and retention programs.
• Keep personnel updated on procedure changes.

Northeast Security is seeing a Security Operations Manager for some of our premiere sites

**Must be available to be on call 24/7. Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually**

Pay: $28

Security Operations Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assure that all work schedules for regular and special assignments are designed to provide the service in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
• Answer calls from account managers and assist them with filling their shifts with floaters.
• Ensure that trained and qualified security personnel properly staff all posts.
• Ensure that all security personnel are aware of and perform their duties in full compliance with the facility security operations procedures and location policies, procedures and regulations.
• Review and approve all reports, duty logs, etc. submitted by security personnel.
• Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents to clients and upper management.
• Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.
• Counsel, advise, motivate, and (when necessary) provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel assigned to the location.
• Work with upper management in the development and implementation of sound employee relations, development, and retention programs for the location.
• Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.

Security Operations Requirements:

• Must have five years of Account management experience.
• Security management is preferred
• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Previous security supervisor experience, or related field/education.
• Neat and professional appearance
• Dependable means of transportation
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
• Must be available to be on call 24/7 for any emergency situations or site issues/staffing issues.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
