Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of security programs across the company. You will oversee multiple delivery managers responsible for vulnerability management, tooling operations, incident response readiness, and cross-functional partnerships, setting the strategic direction for scoping, prioritization, and reporting at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years managing managers or multi-team organizations.
• 10+ years in program or project management with security focus.
• Experience delivering large-scale security programs including vulnerability management or incident response.
• Experience leading cross-functional security programs with engineering, legal, policy, and operations.
• Experience defining delivery metrics and reporting frameworks for security initiatives.
• Experience identifying and resolving delivery risks in complex workstreams.
• Strong written communication of security status to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery managers responsible for end-to-end security initiatives.
• Define multi-year strategy for security delivery operations aligned with company risk posture.
• Establish frameworks for scoping, resourcing, tracking, and reporting across partners.
• Partner with security engineering, trust and safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership.
• Develop and improve security delivery metrics, dashboards, and reporting for executives and board.
• Build and develop a high-performing team with accountability and rigor.
• Identify systemic gaps and drive organizational changes to improve velocity and coverage.
• Oversee incident response coordination and escalation processes.
• Evaluate tooling and automation strategies to support tracking and cross-team coordination.
• Represent security delivery in strategic planning cycles and governance discussions.
