Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience with a focus on security, trust, and safety, or risk/compliance.
• Experience delivering large-scale security programs including vulnerability management, tooling operations, or incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery managers responsible for end-to-end security initiatives.
• Define multi-year strategy for security delivery aligned with company risk posture.
• Establish frameworks for scoping, resourcing, tracking, and reporting across partners.
• Partner with security engineering, legal, policy, and operations to coordinate delivery.
• Develop security delivery metrics and reporting for executives and board audiences.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee escalation management and incident response coordination during high-severity events.
• Improve tooling and automation to support security program tracking and cross-team coordination.
• Represent security delivery in strategic planning and governance forums.
