Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end security program execution across vulnerability management, tooling operations, and incident response readiness. You will align engineering, policy, legal, and trust teams to drive security strategy at scale.

You will build a high-performing team of program managers, define delivery metrics, and report progress to executives and the board, ensuring fast, effective risk reduction and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in program/project management focused on security, trust, and safety, or risk.
• Experience leading the delivery of large-scale security programs (vulnerability management, security tooling operations, incident response).
• Experience managing cross-functional security programs involving engineering, legal, policy, and operations stakeholders.
• Experience defining delivery metrics and reporting frameworks for security initiatives.
• Experience identifying, escalating, and resolving delivery risks in complex, multi-team security workstreams.
• Experience communicating security program status and risk posture to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery management managers responsible for delivering security initiatives across vulnerability management, security tooling, and operational risk reduction.
• Define and drive the multi-year strategy for security delivery operations, aligning program priorities with company-wide security strategy and risk posture.
• Establish frameworks and operating models for how security programs are scoped, resourced, tracked, and reported across engineering and operations partners.
• Partner with security engineering, trust and safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership to ensure coordinated delivery of cross-functional security programs.
• Oversee the development and continuous improvement of security delivery metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for executive and board-level audiences.
• Build and develop a team of program managers, fostering a culture of accountability, operational rigor, and continuous improvement in security delivery.
• Identify systemic gaps in security program execution and drive organizational changes to improve delivery velocity and risk coverage.
• Lead escalation management and incident response coordination processes, ensuring rapid mobilization and clear communication during high-severity security events.
• Evaluate and improve tooling and automation strategies that support security program tracking, workflow management, and cross-team coordination.
• Represent security delivery operations in strategic planning cycles, headcount discussions, and cross-organizational governance forums.
