Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end security programs across the company in Hartford, CT. You will oversee multiple delivery managers and coordinate with engineering, policy, legal, and trust and safety teams to execute against security objectives.

You will define a multi-year strategy, establish operating frameworks, and drive metrics and governance to improve delivery velocity and risk coverage at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 4+ years managing managers.
• 10+ years in program or project management focusing on security, risk and compliance.
• Experience delivering large-scale security programs including vulnerability management and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery managers responsible for delivering security initiatives across vulnerability management, security tooling, and operational risk.
• Define and drive multi-year strategy for security delivery operations aligned with company-wide security strategy and risk posture.
• Establish frameworks for scoping, resourcing, tracking, and reporting across engineering and operations partners.
• Partner with security engineering, trust and safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership for cross-functional delivery.
• Oversee the development of security delivery metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
