Manhattan Associates, Inc. in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Security and Data Analyst to support the Legal Department across information security, data protection, customer assurance, and licensing compliance.

This role partners across Legal, Global Security, Compliance, Product Management, R&D, Sales, and client stakeholders to manage security assessments, due diligence responses, and pre-sales requests for Manhattan's SaaS environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in information security, privacy, data protection, compliance, technology risk, or legal operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear written analysis and actionable recommendations.
• 5+ years supporting customer due diligence, security questionnaires, vendor assessments, audits, RFPs, or pre-sales activities.
• Excellent writing and client communication skills; able to present to technical, legal, procurement, privacy, security, and executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the Manhattan Trust Center and ensure materials are accurate, current, and accessible.
• Monitor global data protection laws and assess impacts on products, contracts, and operations.
• Coordinate with Legal and other stakeholders to implement new regulatory and security requirements.
• Assist with pre-sales activities by addressing security controls, privacy program, and compliance posture.
• Prepare, review, and present responses for client security questionnaires and audits.
• Respond to information requests related to security, privacy, and data protection.
• Champion and enforce security policies across teams.
• Support security incident investigations and document findings for resolution.
• Liaise with Sales on licensing compliance matters and drive practical resolutions.
• Draft exceptions, risk explanations, and compensating-control narratives with clear rationale.
• Maintain documentation of work, decisions, and client requests.
• Contribute to development of security and privacy practices in Manhattan's cloud environment.
