Assurant, Inc. in Atlanta and Miami is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to lead complex initiatives protecting digital assets and infrastructure. You will drive end-to-end SOC audit programs, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor teammates to strengthen IT controls.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity, incident response, compliance, IAM, and security architecture, with strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and experience with GRC tools and SIEM.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/InfoSec or related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity with incident response, compliance, IAM, and security architecture.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Strong experience with ITGCs, IT control testing and auditing.
• Familiarity with GRC platforms (ServiceNow GRC) and audit management tools.
• Proficiency in security technologies (firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection)

Responsabilidades

• Governance, compliance & audit support—lead cybersecurity policy implementation and auditing alignment with PCI-DSS, NY DFS, GLBA, SOX, DORA.
• Technology & security systems management—optimize tools (GRC, SIEM, endpoint protection), respond to incidents.
• Project support & risk assessment—lead security projects and assess risks of new tech/vendors.
• Reporting & metrics—develop dashboards on security posture, compliance, and audit findings.
• Mentorship & leadership—guide junior team members and promote continuous learning within the team.
