Martenson, Hasbrouck & Simon LLP is seeking a full-time Legal Compliance Analyst in our Atlanta office. The analyst will monitor a proprietary platform for security and confidentiality breaches, review alerts and employee agreements, and work with attorneys to escalate potential violations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of legal experience, employment law background is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong ability to review, interpret, and analyze legal documents with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical abilities and critical thinking to identify discrepancies in large data sets.
• Familiarity with Adobe software to create, edit, redact, and protect PDFs.
• Technologically adept and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review a proprietary platform to identify security breaches or anomalies.
• Review system alerts and determine if further investigation is needed.
• Analyze employee agreements for obligations and time periods.
• Investigate potential breaches using available records and data.
• Extract relevant information to support investigations.
• Maintain accurate records in tracking systems.
• Collaborate with attorneys to discuss findings and escalate when needed.
• Format data to preserve integrity in systems and reports.
• Identify confidential information and coordinate handling with attorneys.
• Prioritize investigations and meet deadlines with team.
