Job summary

Manhattan seeks a Senior Security and Data Analyst to support the Legal Department and bridge gaps across Global Security, Compliance, Product Management, and Sales. You’ll protect data in our SaaS environment, manage the Trust Center, and address global data protection requirements for customer assessments and pre-sales.

You will coordinate with multiple teams to implement regulatory changes, respond to client inquiries, and draft clear risk explanations and deviations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years experience in information security, privacy, data protection, compliance, technology risk, legal operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Manhattan applications, platforms, products, and related security controls preferred.
• Experience working with SaaS, enterprise software, cloud environments, or technology-enabled services.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear written analysis and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Manhattan Trust Center with security, privacy, and compliance materials.
• Monitor and analyze global data protection laws and their impact on products and operations.
• Coordinate with Legal, Global Security, Compliance, and Product Management on applying new requirements.
• Assist potential clients during pre-sales regarding security controls and compliance posture.
• Prepare responses to client security questionnaires, audits, and RFPs.
• Respond to requests for security, privacy, and data protection information.
• Support development of security and privacy practices across teams.
• Assist with security escalations and incident investigations with documentation.
• Liaise with Sales on licensing compliance and commercially practical resolutions.
• Draft exceptions, risk explanations, and compensating-control narratives.
• Maintain documentation for decisions, requests, and actions.
• Support cloud security and privacy program improvements.
