AISIN World Corp. of America is seeking a Senior Security & Compliance Analyst to support TISAX readiness, audits, and regulatory compliance across Northville, MI and Seymour, IN.

You will drive governance, risk management, and security policy implementation in collaboration with global teams. The role emphasizes coordinating with Japanese security governance and regional IT teams, overseeing risk assessments, and reporting on security program effectiveness, while advancing security awareness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security governance, risk management, compliance, or security operations.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance programs, audits, or certification activities.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as TISAX, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF.
• Understanding of cybersecurity risk assessment methodologies and governance processes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft security technologies and cloud security concepts.
• Understanding of network, endpoint, and identity security principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple compliance and security initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support TISAX assessment, certification, and recertification activities.
• Serve as regional coordinator for cybersecurity compliance initiatives.
• Support implementation of cybersecurity policies and standards deployed by corporate security in Japan.
• Work with affiliated companies to align with corporate cybersecurity requirements.
• Act as liaison between regional organizations and corporate cybersecurity team in Japan.
• Assist business units in interpreting and implementing cybersecurity requirements.
• Support security audits, assessments, surveys, and regulatory activities.
• Maintain cybersecurity governance documentation, procedures, standards, and control frameworks.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and assist in risk mitigation plans.
• Track, document, and report cybersecurity risks and remediation to management.
