AISIN World Corp. of America seeks an experienced environmental leader to guide North America sites on sustainability, compliance, and carbon neutrality initiatives. The role liaises with AISIN Japan to align global reporting and promote corporate environmental goals.

The position requires extensive regulatory knowledge, program leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating training and communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in environmental management, compliance, or sustainability in manufacturing.
• Experience with US environmental regulations and compliance.
• Knowledge of carbon neutrality, circular economy, waste and water reduction.
• Experience creating and organizing training materials.
• Contract review experience.
• Strong organization with multiple priorities.
• Good time-management in fast-paced settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote Departmental Hoshin activities with a 3-year vision.
• Support budget planning and monitor performance.
• Provide environmental program support and technical guidance across North America.
• Coordinate sustainability programs related to carbon neutrality.
• Communicate with customers on reporting.
• Liaise with AISIN Japan for global reporting.
• Maintain and administer environmental training materials and programs.
• Coordinate environmental initiatives across North American facilities.
• Lead special projects as assigned.
