Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Wisconsin is seeking an IT Security Analyst II to support AI governance, IT compliance and security, and third-party risk management. The role collaborates with IT, Legal, Privacy, Procurement, and business teams to strengthen security and audit readiness.

The position focuses on translating security requirements into practical controls, maintaining documentation, and coordinating remediation with stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 3-4 years in cybersecurity or IT security
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with governance, compliance, risk management, and audit readiness concepts

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of IT security compliance program, including control documentation and remediation tracking
• Assist with control mappings and compliance activities across frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2
• Interpret compliance requirements with stakeholders and translate into actionable control activities
• Maintain compliance records, risk registers, policies, and supporting documentation
• Track gaps, findings, exceptions, and remediation plans to ensure timely closure and escalation
• Research AI security trends and assist in governance reviews for AI-enabled tools
