Job summary

AISIN World Corp. of America is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to lead the NA compliance program across more than 30 companies in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

You will build and deliver compliance training, roll out policies, and promote the program so over 15,000 team members understand the standards and how to raise concerns. The successful candidate brings at least five years of compliance experience and can communicate effectively on both the plant floor and in the executive

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in compliance or ethics.
• Experience promoting, rolling out, and building support for a company’s compliance program.
• Ability to project-manage large-scale compliance rollouts and projects.
• Dynamic speaker and presenter; ability to engage large groups.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive items to completion.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operation of the North American compliance program across 30+ companies in US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Deliver standard training in English, Spanish, and Japanese; track 100% completion.
• Lead the network of Compliance Officers and Compliance Managers.
• Visit plants and offices to observe program effectiveness and report to Legal Affairs.
• Write the annual compliance program report and set priorities for the next fiscal year.
