Job summary

AISIN World Corp. of America in Northville, MI, seeks a General Manager DX-Infrastructure & Security to ensure DX-I services are reliable, secure, and performing at an optimal level. This role leads regional infrastructure and security operations and collaborates with DX-I service teams.

You will create and manage the annual DX-I strategic plan, oversee budgets, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with Global/Regional policies and standards while coordinating with executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in DX-I with progression in roles.
• Strong organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and deliver high-quality services.
• Experience guiding DX-I strategic planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and support of Regional Infrastructure and Security operational activities.
• Manage DX-I personnel through guidance, mentoring and performance assessments.
• Oversee vendor contracts and supplier management with external parties.
• Oversee regional DX-I projects and create the DX-I annual strategic plan.
