Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related DX-I experience with clear progression.
• Strong organization and leadership; able to interact with DX-Strategy stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and deliver high-quality services.
• Experience mentoring and training personnel.
• Experience in a global manufacturing environment; automotive experience a plus.
• Experience managing DX-I vendors.
• Contribute to DX-I strategic planning initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and support of Regional Infrastructure and Security operations.
• Manage DX-I personnel through mentoring and performance assessments.
• Oversee management of key suppliers, contracts, and external agreements.
• Lead regional DX-I projects and strategic plans.
• Create and manage annual DX-I budget and expense planning.
• Ensure compliance with Global Aisin Security Guidelines.
• Promote standardization of policies and standards.
• Evaluate user needs and system functionality to improve DX-I standards.
• Coordinate regular operational meetings and executive updates.
