Job summary

AISIN World Corp. of America is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to lead our North American compliance program across 30+ companies in the US, Canada, and Mexico.

You will build and deliver training, roll out new policies, and promote the program so thousands understand standards and how to raise concerns. The role requires at least five years in compliance, strong data analysis, and the ability to communicate effectively from the plant floor to the executive suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in compliance or ethics.
• Experience promoting and rolling out a company compliance program.
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience building training for large groups including hourly employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day North American compliance program for 30+ companies across US, Canada, Mexico.
• Lead and train Compliance Officers and Managers; ensure 100% completion records.
• Coordinate with Japan headquarters; participate in weekly status calls.
• Prepare annual compliance program report and set priorities for next year.
• Roll out policies and procedures; ensure adoption across all sites.
