Kearney & Company is seeking a Security / Compliance Senior Consultant to join our team supporting a major Department of the Navy financial management transformation. The role focuses on RMF/ATO documentation, evidence development, and maintaining security artifacts as part of a cross-functional team.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years in cybersecurity/compliance, familiarity with RMF and NIST SP 800-53, and must hold an active Secret Clearance (U.S. citizenship).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 9 years cybersecurity/compliance experience.
• Familiarity with RMF and NIST SP 800-53.
• Active Secret Clearance or higher (US citizenship required).
• Onsite 2-3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF/ATO documentation and evidence development.
• Maintain security control and compliance artifacts.
• Track POA&M/remediation activities as applicable.
• Support security testing and documentation reviews.
• Coordinate security evidence with technical teams.
• Maintain security-related risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Support Section 508 and applicable compliance activities.
• Assist the Security/ATO Lead and Government security stakeholders.
