Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is seeking a Security Operations Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead security operations across client sites.

You will drive service excellence, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to account success through proactive communication and operational insight. The role demands a leader who can interpret financial reports, build credibility quickly, and uphold honesty, reliability, and professionalism while managing staff and scheduling, billing, and payroll

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• A valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards.
• Minimum 5 years Security Management experience.
• Must have experience overseeing multiple sites.
• Must have experience with scheduling, billing, and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day security service provided to the facilities and ensure service is of the highest standards.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our clients, and our assigned staff.
• Meet regularly with clients to address problems and offer solutions, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure contract compliance and complete customer satisfaction.
• Participate in the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the accounts.
• Routinely visit and inspect supervisors and security officers assigned to accounts within the business unit, including reviewing reports, providing training & guidance, evaluating proficiency, ensuring compliance to contract specifications and GardaWorld policy.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of post specifications, post orders, instructions, patrol areas, zones, emergency procedures, staffing requirements, client policies and procedures.
