Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a High School Diploma.
• ACTIVE Class D Florida Security License.
• At least three years of experience in security operations.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Must be over the age of 21.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through contracts, onboarding, and projects.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates with local teams.
