Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Classified Cybersecurity Manager (Onsite) with Top Secret clearance. You will lead cybersecurity teams, ensure RMF-based authorization, continuous monitoring, and readiness across classified programs.

You will direct audits, manage risks, and coordinate with program managers to secure mission-critical information. Active DoD Top Secret clearance on day one is required, along with IAM Level III certification.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD Top Secret clearance on day one.
• IAM Level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GSLC).
• Experience performing ISSM responsibilities for classified or controlled information systems.
• Knowledge of RMF and DoD system authorization processes (JSIG/DAAG).
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for cybersecurity across assigned classified systems, ensuring risk management and inspection readiness.
• Serve as senior cybersecurity authority for inspections, assessments, audits, and continuous monitoring.
• Oversee RMF-based system authorization activities and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Lead Change Control Boards and evaluate security impact of proposed changes.
• Communicate cybersecurity risk and status to senior leadership and design authorities.
• Coordinate with program managers to align security with program objectives.
• Mentor cybersecurity personnel and manage performance.
