Collins Aerospace in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Sr Analyst, Security to join our team onsite. The role leads clearance administration, coordinating and maintaining personnel security clearances for government contracts.

You will gather fingerprints, track status, and manage access requests while ensuring compliance with NISPOM and DoD directives. The position requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. On-site collaboration and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree required or equivalent; 2+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, initiate, and maintain personnel security clearances in DISS, NBIS, eQIP, and SIMS.
• Collect fingerprints and upload them to government systems.
• Verify clearance and briefing status for secure workspace access requests.
• Process domestic and foreign visit requests; submit Adverse Information Reports.
• Report foreign travel of cleared employees; coordinate security training and briefings.
