Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity; leadership experience.
• Familiar with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS.
• Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of security architecture strategy across on‑prem and cloud.
• Design secure IT environments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee security controls, risk assessments, and governance framework.
• Lead incident response planning and cross‑functional coordination.
• Mentor security engineers and coordinate vendor/security consultants.
• Collaborate with legal/comms for incident reporting and disclosure.
